Both CD base machines would bring arcade quality entertainment to your homes, amazing 3D graphics and red book audio wich meant that most often then not, we were getting a video game and it's OST for the price of one!\nSony released the Playstation on December 3, 1994. The video game industry was never the same ever since. Even two decades later, the name \"Playstation\" itself has become one with video games. The brand as such power in my home country of Portugal that most people do not even consider other brands. Having been born of a fallout with Nintendo, the original PSX as we called it back in those days literally brought Namco's arcades to your living rooms. My first games for the system were \"Ridge Racer\",\n\"Tekken\" and \"Air Combat\". They remain an amazing feat and caused quite an impression on my young, 8-bit and 16-bit centric gaming self.
